Take that ankle injury she suffered at a summertime game shortly after she graduated from Kendrick High in Columbus, Ga.
It felt like someone had kicked her in the back of the leg, and doctors told her it was just a minor sprain, so she walked around on it for a couple months before reporting to WCU for her freshman year.
