Spartanburg, S.C. - For the second straight week, a Western Carolina track & field team member has earned SoCon Athlete of the Week. Following Athlete of the Week honors for Jane't Carothers, sophomore Cordell Livingston has been named the SoCon Athlete of the Week as voted by the coaches of the Southern Conference.
