Eight walks, a hit by pitch, and two errors committed by the Catamouts was just too much to over come in Friday's opening game at the Citadel's Joe Riley Park in a 4-2 loss to the Bulldogs. The Citadel ended the Cats three-game winning streak in their head-to-head series, and also ended WCU's current six-game unbeaten streak on the season.
Game two of the three-game series is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Saturday afternoon at Riley Park.
