Cullowhee, N.C. -The Western Carolina University soccer team is hosting its Annual Alumni Weekend March 16-18, 2012. Join former coaches and players from the men's and women's programs for an exciting reunion event.
Festivities get underway on Friday, March 16, with a golf event at the Waynesville Country Club with tee times starting at 10:40am. Friday evening the group will gather at O'Malley's in Sylva to enjoy the music of soccer alum Steve Weams and The Caribbean Cowboys.
Saturday will be the WCU 7v7 Spring Soccer Tournament. Guests are invited to attend the tournament and lace up their cleats to participate in the Alumni Match scheduled for 12:00pm. Following the soccer action, a cookout will be held at The Best Western River Escape Inn & Suites in Dillsboro at 6pm.
