Only four games on Tuesday, there's a full slate of conference games scheduled for Saturday.
Mercer at Chattanooga
Chattanooga's Greg Pryor scored 17 points to lead the Mocs to a 74-62 win over visiting Mercer. The Bears battled an early 22-point first half lead down to two at 58-56, However, that was a close a the Bears would get to the lead, as the Mocs held on for the win. Jordan Strawberry had 24 points for Mercer.
Furman at UNCG
UNCG's Diante Baldwin scored six straight points and the winning basket to rally the Spartans past Furman 67-66 on Tuesday night. Behind 66-60 with a little over 3 mins to play, Baldwin made two free throws to pull the Spartans to 66-63, he then hit a jumper to make it a one-point game, then scored the winning layup with five seconds remaining. Croone led Furman with 27 points, including five of 11 three-pointers, a career best.
Wofford at VMI
Wofford's Spencer Collins scored 13 points as Wofford edged VMI 65-61 on Tuesday night. VMI cut Wofford's lead to three on QJ Peterson's 3-pointer with 41 seconds left, but the Terriers hit 3 of 4 from the free throw line to ice it for Wofford. VMI was led by QJ Peterson with 18 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
The Citadel at Samford
Samford's Darius Jones-Gibson scored 26 points to lead Samford to a 94-74 victory over The Citadel on Tuesday night. Samford jumped out with an 11-0 run, had a double-digit lead midway through the first half and never trailed. P.J. Boutte scored 18 points with four steals to lead The Citadel.
