There are five games on the schedule for Friday, two home games, and three teams playing in holiday classics. UNCG travels to Montreal, Quebec Canada for the Northern Classic, while The Citadel visits the Big Easy for the Big Easy Classic in New Orleans, and Mercer travels all the way to Savannah, GA to participate in the Hostilo Community Classic. Furman and Samford play in their home courts, on "The Road to Asheville"

A recap of Thursday's game....

The Citadel 71  -  Denver 74

The Citadel men's basketball team erased a seven-point deficit late in the second half but was unable to maintain the momentum in falling, 74-71, to Denver in the second game of the Big Easy Classic. Denver was able to get the offense going in the first half as they were able to open up a nine-point advantage just under eight minutes into the game. The Bulldogs battled back and tie the game on a floater from Austin Ash and a layup from Madison Durr. The Citadel was able to take its first lead of the half at the 5:27 mark on a three-pointer from Ash. The Pioneers would score the final four points of the half to take a 34-33 lead into intermission. The first five minutes of the second half saw the teams exchange baskets and sit in a 44-44 tie.
