The Purple & Gold "Player of the Game" for the Mercer game is senior guard James Sinclair. This is Sinclair's fourth selection as Player of the Game.
Sinclair was the game's leading scorer, putting up 19 points. He hit 6 of 12 (46%) from the floor, including 5 of 7 (71%) from the free throw line, and was 2 of 5 from three-point range. Sinclair pulled down 4 rebounds, 3 defensive and 1 offensive, he also had 5 assists and one steal.
