Two-time Conference Player of the Year during junior and senior years ... Three-time all-area player ... Two-time All-Area Player of the Year ... State champion senior season ... North Carolina Female Athlete of the Year senior season ... Named Hendersonville High School Most Valuable ... Earned academic all-conference all four years ... National Honor Society member three times ... Graduated in the top-ten percent of her class ... Also state champion as an individual and team in track and field.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Leah Cook ... Dad played football at ETSU ... Mom played volleyball at Maryville College ... Brother, Welsey, played football at WCU and is a 2013 graduate.
