Vance High 6-4 senior shooting guard Torin Dorn, has been offered scholarship by Western Carolina, Charlotte, Wofford, William & Mary, High Point, Gardner-Webb, Campbell, UNCW & ASU. Dorn is the the son of former UNC football player Torin Dorn, and carries a 4.0 GPA.
Jamie Shaw, a basketball scout says about Dorn, "Torin Dorn is a jack of all trades player. Does everything on the court well. Great form on shot, attacks basket, rebounds well, and defends multiple positions. A hustle player who has worked extremely hard to become a combo guard."
