During the SoCon teleconference today, Coach Wagner made the announcement that true freshman Brandon Pechloff will start Saturday's football game at the Citadel.
When asked would Brindise share the game time, Wagner said "Pechloff's our guy right now".
Wagner's job is the one on the line, he said it was his personal decision to pull Brindise and go with Pechloff, so, like his decision on an OC, I guess we'll see how it works out.

He also said that they called he same plays in the 2nd half as they did in the 1st. That's not the game I was watching. How do you remove a QB who is 10 for 14, no turnovers, who has done everything asked of him, run the plays that are sent in, and replace him with a true freshman who proceeds to throw 3 picks, fumbles the ball for a turnover, in a one score game and not admit that you made a mistake?
