WCU Co-Players of the Game (Chattanooga)

On their way to winning just the fifth time in Chattanooga, the following two were selected........










Purple & Gold's WCU Co-Players of the Game:  Marcus Thomas & Onno Steger 

Sophomore guard Marcus Thomas came off the bench to lead all scorers on his way to a career high of 32 points. Thomas was 12 for 17 in field goals, hitting 6 of 7 shots from beyond the arc, and hitting 2 for 2 from the free throw line. Thomas also pulled down 6 rebounds and had 5 assists. 

Junior forward Onno Steger scored 30 points, hitting 6 of 13 field goals, and hitting 4 of 8 from beyond the 3 point arc, as well as hitting 14 of 15 from the free point line.  Steger pulled down 8 rebounds, had 3 assists and one steal.
