Strong hit .389 in four games last week, he was 7-for-18 on the week, with five of his seven hits going for doubles. He also scored four runs, drove in three and stole three bases.
Strong opened the week with a 4-for-7 showing in the Catamounts’ 9-6 win at Winthrop on Tuesday. He hit two doubles and stole two bases in the contest. He also drew a walk and scored a run. Strong was flawless in the field in 26 total chances and was part turning of three double plays.
