Purple & Gold's Catamount Men's Basketball "Player of the Game" for the UNC Asheville basketball game on December 9th is senior guard Vonterius Woolbright.
The Catamount Player of the Game, Vonterius Woolbright tallied his sixth double-double of the season with a game-high 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Catamounts to a 78-63 home victory over the Asheville Bulldogs.
Woolbright hit 10 of 17 field goals, and went 3 for 5 at the charity stripe. Woolbright's rebounds consisted of 10 defensive rebounds and 2 offensive rebounds to a total of 12 and he made 7 assists and 1 steal on the night.
