WCU Player of the Game (vs. VMI)

Purple & Gold's "Catamount Player of the Game" for the VMI game on February 25th in Cullowhee, is senior guard Vonterius Woolbright. 

The Catamount Player of the Game, Vonterius Woolbright is only the third Catamount to complete a triple-double since the Catamounts joined the NCAA Dividion I ranks. 

He scored 14 points, hitting five of six field goal attempts, including 2 of 2 from beyond the 3-point arc, and also hit 2 of 2 at the free throw line. Vonterius pulled down 10 rebounds, 9 defensive and 1 offensive, and completed 11 assists to round out the triple double in the last regular season home game. 

Congratulations to Vonterius and the entire Catamount basketball team for the exciting win over the VMI Keydets in the largest crowd in the Ramsey Center this season.
