Recorded a team-high 89 tackles as a senior ... Started his prep career at East Henderson before playing his final two years at Christ School ... Finished the 2012 season as East Henderson's leading tackler with 58 stops including eight for loss, earning All-Western North Carolina Athletic Conference accolades for the conference championship team ... Listed as a two-star recruit by Rivals.com ... High school coach was Mark Moroz.
