WCU Player of the Game (Wofford)

Purple & Gold's "Catamount Player of the Game" for the Wofford game is freshman running back Desmond Reid. 

Today's player of the game against the Wofford Terriers is true freshman running back Desmond Reid. 

Desmond eclipsed the 100-yard mark for the third time this season with a game-high 112 yards on 20 carries to lead the way. Reid added three catches for 45 yards, tallying 157 all-purpose yards in the winning effort for the Catamounts. 

Reid also accounted for 27 of the 40 yards on the game-winning drive including an impressive cut-back run of 17 yards that ignited the sidelines.
