We now know that Western will play both Liberty and Eastern Kentucky in November. Since Gardner-Webb has decided not to play in the fall, we are not sure if we will have a third game, but we will post it if one is announced.

We will continue our countdown as if the season were to start on September 3rd.

2019 (Freshman): Played in four games on the season, suffering a knee injury in his debut in the season-opener against Mercer (Aug. 31) … With just four games played, remained eligible for a redshirt … Rushed for 89 yards on 21 carries while adding eight receiving yards on three catches out of the backfield … Rushed a career-high 11 times for a career-best 67 yards against Mercer … Caught a pair of passes against Furman (Oct. 26).

Prior to Western Carolina: Played running back and linebacker as a prep … Missed part of his senior season with a knee injury … Returned to help Scotland High to a state 4-A runner-up finish, rushing for over 1,300 yards and 14 touchdowns including a 229-yard, three TD performance in the second round and scoring two rushing TDs in the championship game … Selected to play in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas … Listed as a three-star recruit by 247Sports.com and a two-star recruit by Rivals.com … Was listed as the 84th top prospect in the state of North Carolina by Scout.com ... High school coach was Richard Bailey.
