WCU Player of the Game (Mercer)

Purple & Gold's Player of the Game for the Mercer game is..........  

Xavier Cork

                                                                       

Freshman forward Xavier Cork came off the bench when Carolos Dotson was injured early in the first half of the Mercer game. Dodson came out of the game and to the locker room for the rest of the first half. Xavier played for 22 minutes replacing Dotson, scoring  8 points, hitting 4 of 6 field goals, pulled down 8 rebounds, 4 offensive and 4 defensive. Xavier also had 2 assists and 3 steals and 1 blocked shot.  

Honorable mention in the Mercer game goes to Mason Faulkner with 18 points, Matt Haverson with 16 points & Carlos Dotson with 12 points.
