Riddle named SoCon Student-Athlete of the Week

Daniel Riddle has been named the General Shale Southern Conference Student-Athlete of the Week.  The Raleigh, N.C., native notched 11 tackles and his first career interception in the game – a one-handed snag on a throw from Samford quarterback Devlin Hodges, which he returned 46 yards to the 2-yard line. He later broke up a two-point conversion try. Riddle boasts a 3.31 grade point average as an engineering technology major.
