Myers commits to Western Carolina

North Buncombe's Bryce Myers has committed to the track & field program at Western Carolina.

Myers is the pole vault champion in the Mountain Athletic Conference and 3-A Western Regional in the field event. He matched his personal best of 14 feet at the recent NCHSAA 3-A meet in Greensboro, placing sixth in the state.

Myers also played football, having rushed for more than 3,000 career yards.
