Freshman Jordan Smith worked through seven innings with seven strikeouts while five relief pitchers combined to hold on for the win in Southern Conference action Saturday afternoon at Childress Field / Hennon Stadium. Stephen Notaro's 2 RBI home run over the right field fence in the bottom of the sixth inning secured the win and the series victoty for the Catamounts.
