UNCG at The Citadel
UNCG's Kayel Locke scored a career-high 30 points as he led the Spartans to a 102-95 win over The Citadel Thursday night. Locke was 11 of 14 from the floor while grabbing eight rebounds. Quinton Marshall & Derrick Henry both put up 20 points for The Citadel. The Bulldogs pulled within two, 88-86, with 3:44 to go but the Spartans went on a 9-2 run to put the game out of reach.

ETSU at Wofford
Wofford's Spencer Collins scored 24 points to lead the Terriers past ETSU 87-73 on Thursday night, in the Bucs second loss in conference play. Wofford outscore ETSU 23-7 in the final 7:30 of the first hald, leading 44-28, and was not seriously challenged by the Bucs in the second half. Ge'Lawn Guyn led the Buccaneers with 18 points and Desonta Bradford added 17.

Western Carolina at Furman
Furman's Geoff Beans scored 16, and Devin Sibley added 13 points Thursday night to help the Paladins hold on for a 62-60 win over Western Carolina. Furman now has won six in a row at home and three straight overall, while the Catamounts lost their 11 straight road game. The tale of the game came at the free throw line, while the Paladins hit 22 of 31 attempts, the Cats hit only 10 of 23 attempts. Michael Brown led Western Carolina and all scoring with 27 points.

VMI at Mercer
Mercer's Jestin Lewis scored  22 points to lead the Bears past VMI 73-58. VMI led for most of the first half with their largest lead at 19-8. Mercer then closed on a 9-0 run to go in front 36-34 at the half. Mercer made 9 of 10 free throws in the final 1:13 to pull away from VMI. Julian Eleby had 15 points to lead the Keydets.
