Purple & Gold's Catamount Player of the Game for Week #6 is Wes Holcombe.
Back-up quarterback Wes Holcombe came on midway through the third quarter for the injured starter Troy Mitchell. Holcombe finished 10-of-16 for 77 yards. Holcombe orchestrated the game-winning drive, completing four passes for 41 yards including a 19-yard strike to Karnorris Benson and a 12-yard hook-up with tight end Tyler Sexton. Detrez Newsome did the rest, recording 45 total yards on the final drive including the 22-yard score.
