Sigmon is the one of six representatives on the honorary squad from the Southern Conference to earn recognition on the All-Star team - and the sixth Catamount selected all-time.
Sigmon saw action in all 12 of Western Carolina's games in 2013, handling the placekicking and kickoff duties for the Catamounts. He averaged nearly 54 yards per kickoff on 48 attempts with six touchbacks in the fall.
