Greensboro, N.C. - The
Catamounts completed a seasonal sweep over the
Greensboro Spartans on Saturday in Fleming Gymnasium on the campus of
UNC Greensboro. This win was also the
Cats first conference road win of the season, as well as, the first set of back to back conference victories. The
Cats rallied to finish the game on a 14-1 run to take a 46-35 win, as the
Cats went 6-for-9 from the free throw line down the stretch.
The
Cats have a short break of seven days before they travel to Spartanburg, SC to play the
Wofford Terrires where they will have an opportunity to pick up their second seasonal sweep, and extend their winning streak to three conference wins in a row. .
