Monday's Football Practice

Good news for the Catamount offense, Michael Johnson was able to return to practice on Monday, splitting time in the backfield with Nate Harris. While this was good news for the offense, the defensive unit continued working their way into the backfield on the strength of veteran lineman C.J. Johnson.

Center is clearly a position of concern without the services of back-up center Ryan Kurzec. Transfer Edixon Pino-Alvarez and freshman Matt Brock continue rotating at the center position. While all four quarterbacks continue to take reps with the first and second teams, there is still no clear front runner for the starting position.

451 hours 'till game time.
